These boards are 24" x 17 1/2" x 2" thick​, with deep epoxy lined juice groove, beveled on all four sides for easy handling, and stainless steel feet with rubber bottoms.
Historically, Hard Maple has been the go-to for butcher block style end grain cutting boards.  Lighter in color than most other hardwoods, it is both durable and beautiful.
